Procedure
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 30 days and credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, take the following steps:

Return Shipping Costs
All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
The return must be sent to China, with shipping costs starting at €20, which will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
If the issue occurs again on the second attempt, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
