In these terms, the following definitions apply:
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Laveli London and every distance contract and order between Laveli London and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at Laveli London and will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer electronically or in another manner upon request.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs will apply accordingly, and the consumer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favorable to them in case of conflicting general terms.
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
The offer is without obligation. Laveli London is entitled to modify and adjust the offer. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is detailed enough to allow the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If Laveli London uses images, they are a truthful representation of the offered products and/or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Laveli London.

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Laveli London will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. Until Laveli London confirms the receipt of this acceptance, the consumer can cancel the agreement.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, Laveli London will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, Laveli London will observe appropriate security measures for this.
Laveli London may, within legal boundaries, inform itself about whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations and any other facts or factors relevant to responsibly entering into the distance contract. If Laveli London has reasonable grounds to not enter into the agreement, it is entitled to refuse an order or application, or impose special conditions.
Laveli London will provide the following information with the product or service, either in writing or in a manner that can be stored by the consumer on a durable medium:
In the case of a continuous contract, the provision in the previous section applies only to the first delivery. Every agreement is concluded under the suspensive condition of sufficient availability of the respective products.
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement without providing a reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product or a representative designated by the consumer and known to Laveli London.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep the product. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Laveli London.
If the consumer wants to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must inform Laveli London within 14 days after receiving the product. The consumer must notify this in writing or by email. After the consumer has notified Laveli London of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the goods were returned in time, for example by providing proof of shipment. If the consumer has not notified Laveli London within the periods mentioned in section 2 and 3, or has not returned the product, the purchase will be final.
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the products will be borne by the consumer. If the consumer has made a payment, Laveli London will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, provided the product has already been received by Laveli London or solid proof of return can be provided.
Laveli London may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products described in sections 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if Laveli London has clearly stated this in the offer or at least before concluding the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates.
Laveli London may offer products or services at varying prices and conditions. Prices in the offer are always including VAT and any other taxes unless stated otherwise.
Laveli London guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements for soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations that were in force at the time the agreement was concluded. If agreed upon, Laveli London also guarantees that the product is suitable for use other than normal use.
A warranty provided by Laveli London, the manufacturer, or the importer does not affect the consumer's legal rights and claims under the agreement against Laveli London.
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing to Laveli London within 14 days after delivery. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
The warranty period of Laveli London corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. However, Laveli London is never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for any individual application by the consumer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.
The warranty does not apply if:
Laveli London will take the utmost care in receiving and executing product orders.
Subject to the provisions of Article 4 of these terms and conditions, Laveli London will execute accepted orders with due speed, but no later than within 30 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fully or partially executed, the consumer will be notified no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without cost and is entitled to any compensation.
In the event of termination in accordance with the previous paragraph, Laveli London will refund the amount the consumer has paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the termination.
If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, Laveli London will make efforts to provide a replacement product. Upon delivery, it will be clearly and understandably communicated that a replacement product is being delivered.
For replacement products, the right of withdrawal cannot be excluded. The cost of any return shipment will be borne by Laveli London.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with Laveli London until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and communicated to Laveli London, unless otherwise agreed.
Termination The consumer may terminate an agreement that is entered into for an indefinite period and that involves the regular delivery of products (including electricity) or services at any time, in accordance with the agreed termination rules, with a maximum notice period of one month.
The consumer may terminate an agreement that is entered into for a fixed period and that involves the regular delivery of products (including electricity) or services at any time at the end of the fixed term, in accordance with the agreed termination rules, with a maximum notice period of one month.
The consumer may terminate the agreements referred to in the previous paragraphs:
Extension An agreement entered into for a fixed period that involves the regular delivery of products (including electricity) or services may not be silently extended or renewed for a fixed period.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, an agreement entered into for a fixed period that involves the regular delivery of daily, news, and weekly newspapers and magazines may be silently extended for a period of up to three months, provided the consumer can terminate this extended agreement at the end of the extension with a notice period of no more than one month.
An agreement entered into for a fixed period that involves the regular delivery of products or services may only be silently extended for an indefinite period if the consumer may terminate it at any time with a notice period of no more than one month. If the agreement involves the regular delivery of daily, news, and weekly newspapers and magazines less than once a month, the notice period is a maximum of three months.
An agreement with a limited duration for the regular delivery of daily, news, and weekly newspapers and magazines (trial or introductory subscription) will not be silently continued and will automatically end after the trial or introductory period.
Duration If an agreement has a duration of more than one year, the consumer may terminate the agreement at any time with a notice period of no more than one month after one year, unless reasonableness and fairness prevent termination before the end of the agreed duration.
Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 days after the start of the cooling-off period as referred to in Article 6, paragraph 1. In the case of an agreement to provide a service, this period starts after the consumer has received confirmation of the agreement.
The consumer has the obligation to promptly notify Laveli London of any inaccuracies in the provided or stated payment details via info@laveli-londen.com.
In case of non-payment by the consumer, Laveli London, subject to legal restrictions, has the right to charge reasonable costs previously communicated to the consumer.
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Laveli London in full and clearly described within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints can be submitted via info@laveli-londen.com.
Complaints submitted to Laveli London will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the consumer will be informed within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when a more detailed response can be expected.
If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
A complaint does not suspend Laveli London's obligations unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a complaint is found to be justified by Laveli London, Laveli London will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.
Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between Laveli London and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply, even if the consumer resides abroad.
